Forever Ballet
Forever Ballet is a dance studio for adult ballet dancers. We aim to bring ballet enthusiasts, former performers and ballet fans together to practice, learn and enjoy about Ballet. There are classical and contemporary ballet classes and you will also be able to join Yoga, Pilates, Ballet based Fitness and strength training classes. Forever Ballet aims to provide seniors with classes tailored for their needs and provide a centre for the dance loving community to come together in support of ballet.

Classes

Fitness
Fitness classes are also instructor-led group workouts that offer a variety of exercise styles to improve physical fitness. Our fitness classes are aimed at all ages including over 55.

Classical Ballet
These classes are a traditional style of ballet characterized by its rigorous technique, precise movements, and elegant aesthetic. Perfect for former performers and ballet fans.

Yoga/Pilates
Yoga and Pilates classes focus on controlled movements that improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. Yoga is perfect for muscle strengthening and Pilates for spine alignment.

Barre
Barre classes are ballet based muscle strengthening workouts known for their low-impact, high-repetition exercises, and often incorporate light weights and resistance bands.
